Large grass pasture in the summer and round bales in winter.

Access to water 24/7.

Heated Indoor riding arena 72 x 140,

outdoor arena 120 x 250, 2-50 ft round pen,

5 acre obstacle course, small heated indoor arena,

tack area, lounge, and trails.
